About the Role

Kerr Wood Leidal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Stormwater/Water Resources Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our growing stormwater team, you will be responsible for managing the project delivery on a wide range of stormwater and water resources planning and design projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a key member of our stormwater team and contribute to the development of innovative project solutions.
  • Pursue client relationships and lead diverse project teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Manage project delivery on a wide range of stormwater and water resources planning and design projects, including stormwater models and management plans, low impact development design, flood assessment and management plans, and others.
  • Identify client needs and project opportunities and collaborate with clients to deliver tailored project solutions.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to intermediate and junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Professional engineer registration with APEGA or EGBC.
  • 12+ years of experience in stormwater and water resources planning and design.
  • Experience with project and client management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with multiple levels of team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
