Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of various water and wastewater management systems, including treatment facilities, sewer networks, pipelines, and remediation sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engineering designs that range from basic to complex, ensuring they meet client specifications and project requirements.
  • Oversee and coordinate construction activities for projects of varying scales, from routine tasks to large, multi-contract undertakings.
  • Manage all aspects of construction management, including reviewing submissions, responding to requests for information (RFIs), and handling claims administration.
  • Provide expert consultation to construction teams and serve as a technical resource across various divisions.
  • Interpret project plans and specifications for clients, contractors, and field personnel.
  • Coordinate quality assurance inspections with the project team and ensure compliance with scheduled inspection requests.
  • Assist the Engineer of Record (EOR) in evaluating construction claims and reviewing RFIs and submissions.
  • Review designs and reports to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Conduct site assessments and water quality analyses to align designs with environmental specifications.
  • Contribute to the knowledge management of the firm by developing technical documentation and white papers on innovative designs and studies.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in environmental engineering, with a focus on water resources management. A commitment to quality and regulatory compliance is essential.
