About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team at Top Consulting Group Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and expand our market presence
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities
