Are you currently enrolled in Cosmetology or Barber School and eager to gain practical experience in your future profession? We would love to discuss your current program and the opportunities available for you to work as a receptionist while you continue your studies. Our salon environment is lively, dynamic, and enjoyable, providing you with valuable insights for your future career. We would also be thrilled to welcome you to our team as a stylist once you obtain your license. ***Some educational institutions may even offer credit towards your hours for the work you complete in our salon, so be sure to verify with your school.***

- Greet customers with warmth and friendliness
- Educate customers about Great Clips processes, including Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
- Handle transactions and provide receipts
- Possess general knowledge of retail products and the ability to make recommendations
- Manage customer flow between check-in and service
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
- Answer phone calls professionally
- Inform customers about available services
- Update customer records with accurate contact information
- Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- Commit to a flexible schedule, including peak business hours
- Dedicate yourself to providing outstanding customer service
