Job Title: General Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled General Construction Supervisor to join our team at Above All Roofing & Exteriors Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to support team growth and development.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products, and install new ones as needed.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license for transportation and travel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Up to 45 kg (100 lbs) weight handling capacity.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.

  • Work Term: Permanent, 30 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
