Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at ROO Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling activities, establishing methods to meet work schedules, and supervising workers and projects.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a well-functioning team
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dusty environment and will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots.

  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Language and Hours

The language of work is English, and the work hours are 35 hours per week.
