Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials;
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades;
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt;
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings;
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials;
  • Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants;
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites;
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction;
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads (up to 45 kg or 100 lbs);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Willingness to travel regularly for work assignments.

The Construction Site Supervisor Assistant will be working on various construction sites, which may involve exposure to hazardous materials and environments.

Salary:
