Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at ROO Construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure effective team management.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dusty construction site environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of physical fitness.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
