Position Overview
As the Head of Facilities Management Projects, you will oversee the comprehensive management of facility services and project initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary escalation point and customer liaison for all account-related matters. Cultivate essential relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective governance and execution of performance metrics.
  • Vendor Management: Lead quarterly business reviews with service providers and oversee vendor performance in alignment with BGIS key performance indicators. Collaborate with strategic sourcing teams to implement key contracts and vendor agreements.
  • Corporate Support: Act as a conduit for field teams to corporate support systems, facilitating operational initiatives through the management of support staff, including tasks such as annual inspections and compliance adherence.
  • Field Audit: Conduct field audits and assess key programs, including compliance inspections and incident reporting.
  • People Management: Responsible for talent acquisition, mentoring, coaching, and performance management of team members.
  • Project Oversight: Supervise the execution of minor and major project works in alignment with operational and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include one of the following accreditations: Project Management Institute Accreditation or Program Management Professional Accreditation.
