About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at EagleBurgmann Canada Inc. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing business by prospecting and securing opportunities and orders with new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities with existing and new customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue
- Provide technical advice and product troubleshooting to customers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and execute sales forecasts, estimates, and contracts for new customer projects and existing customer repair work
- Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts, management requests, and projects
- Maintain a current list of customer names, contacts, actions, and requirements within the corporate CRM system
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the mechanical seal industry in a sales position
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the nuclear segment and knowledge of Nuclear Norm 299.3
- Experience and knowledge of API 682 norms
- Deep understanding of mechanical seal supply systems sales/application, including experience in mechanical seal assembly, dismantling, and fitment, and technical drawing interpretation and preparation of sketches
- Experience with SAP C4C CRM software
- Availability to visit customers and travel as needed
What We Offer:
- Eligible for discretionary and/or performance-based bonuses and/or salary increases in accordance with company policy

Salary: $75,000 - $89,000 CAD per annum
