Job Title: Executive Sales Coordinator for Professional Book Fairs
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Sales Coordinator to join our team at Professional Book Fairs. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and planning and developing exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces, and other exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for various events
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
Work Environment:
This is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure. You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work accurately in a team setting. We are looking for a candidate who is accurate, client-focused, organized, and a team player.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
