About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Mary Browns Chicken. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Evaluate daily restaurant operations, monitor revenues, and determine labor costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and participate in marketing plans.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals, motivate staff to achieve goals, and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Availability: Availability to work 40 to 48 hours per week.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
