Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify service offerings and set operational guidelines
  • Oversee financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Conduct staff performance assessments
  • Calculate product and service costs
  • Manage and organize inventory effectively
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • Participate in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Plan, oversee, and evaluate daily operations
Team Leadership:
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members
