Position Overview

Empire Ventures Food Corp is seeking a dedicated **Food Service Supervisor** to oversee our culinary operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Work Environment
  • Experience in a cafeteria or food service establishment is preferred.
  • On-site customer service experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate may be required.
  • Experience in a restaurant setting is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Train staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for operations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports.
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish work schedules for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervision of a team ranging from **11 to 15 individuals** is expected.
