About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their performance.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Monitor customer feedback and use it to make improvements to our service and products.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
    • Monitor sales performance and make adjustments to our menu and pricing as needed.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
    • Prepare and submit financial reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Work Environment

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
