The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Information Technology to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our IT strategy, ensuring that our technology infrastructure is aligned with our business objectives and that our systems are optimized to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for our IT department, ensuring that our technology vision is aligned with our business goals.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that leverages the latest technologies and best practices to drive business value and competitiveness.
- Oversee the design and implementation of new systems and platforms, ensuring that they meet our business needs and are aligned with our technology roadmap.
- Assess and recommend optimal technology solutions to support our operations, ensuring that they are cost-effective and aligned with our business objectives.
- Lead and direct IT-related projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and administer best practices for master data management, ensuring that our data is accurate, complete, and consistent.
- Monitor changes and advancements in technology, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and drive business value.
- Analyze the cost, value, and risks of information technology, providing recommendations to our leadership team on IT investments and resource allocation.
- Lead and develop IT personnel, ensuring that they have the skills and expertise needed to support our business operations.
Selection Criteria include:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years progressively senior experience in IT leadership, with a strong track record of delivering business value and driving innovation.
- Experience in designing and developing IT systems and platforms, with a strong understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
