We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our Leadership Advisory Solutions (LAS) Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting and leading project management on complex or large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, project management, and leadership advisory services. You will be responsible for supporting client projects, executing project management tasks, and developing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Support client projects and execute project management tasks, including creation of assessment frameworks and interpretation of psychometric results.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue, including proactive and reactive business development activities.
- Contribute to content and IP development, including internal research for marketing materials and sharing knowledge with LAS team and project teams.
- Represent the practice at a broader level and pull in more senior people depending on complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years' professional work experience (post-undergrad) in business development, project management, or leadership advisory services.
- Experience working in teams and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and related tools.
