We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our Leadership Advisory Solutions (LAS) Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and driving small to medium-sized LAS projects, as well as supporting and leading project management on complex or large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, project management, and leadership development. You will work closely with our team to develop a well-rounded understanding of our leadership advisory solutions and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Support client projects alongside the LAS team or colleagues, ensuring prompt delivery against project plans.
- Contribute to the development of assessment frameworks, interpretation of psychometric results, and calibration sessions.
- Proactively communicate with assignment teams to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our leadership advisory solutions, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Support business development activities, including pitch materials, local and regional events, and customized client proposals.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of professional work experience, with a strong background in business analysis, project management, and leadership development.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build deep relationships and influence remotely.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate frequent interaction with colleagues around the world.
- Drive for learning, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to ask questions and seek input from colleagues.
