Led by industry veterans, Cybershell is seeking an exceptionally driven and experienced Senior Director, Cybersecurity Advisory Services, to join its team and deliver top-tier advisory solutions to our clients.

Role Overview:
As the Senior Director, Cybersecurity Advisory Services, you will provide strategic advisory services to C-level executives, including CIOs and CISOs, on critical cybersecurity decisions. You will lead both internal and client teams, communicate effectively across all management levels, and present thought-leadership content locally and nationally. The ideal candidate will excel in both technical and governance aspects of cybersecurity, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities during client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of cybersecurity strategies that align with clients' business goals and improve security posture.
Provide direct advisory services to CIOs, CISOs, and other senior leaders, with a focus on strategic decision-making, planning, and risk management.
Serve as a subject matter expert in key technical areas, including:
Cyber threat intelligence and response strategies
Cybersecurity accountability frameworks
Cost optimization strategies for cybersecurity programs
Data governance and regulatory compliance

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on strategic advisory and client engagement.
Proven experience in a client advisory or consulting context, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and follow through during engagements.
Expertise in both technical and governance aspects of cybersecurity.
Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing internal and external teams.
Impeccable written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
Demonstrated ability to communicate cybersecurity concepts to all management levels.
A relevant degree in engineering, computer science, or IS/IT management is desired, with a preference for candidates who have completed their M.Sc. or MBA.
