Solutions Techso is a leading digital transformation company seeking a skilled PLM Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our PLM team, you will play a crucial role in advising, defining, and delivering PLM solutions for major projects in France, Montreal, or abroad.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze customer needs to develop tailored PLM solutions
  • Write functional specifications to ensure seamless implementation
  • Define and implement User Acceptance Tests to guarantee quality
  • Lead change management and training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption
  • Provide deployment support to ensure successful project execution
  • Apply expertise in PLM development processes, including Change Management & Workflows, and data modeling
  • Configure and customize PLM systems based on solution design documents
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or computer engineering
  • Experience with SIEMENS solutions, particularly Teamcenter
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English
  • Working knowledge of Teamcenter, Active Workspace, and multi-site architecture
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Teamcenter ITK, Teamcenter stylesheets, data transfer modes, Java, and PLMXML (an asset)
  • Ability to integrate with diverse customer businesses
  • European or Canadian passport for international travel
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken
