Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Coordination: Schedule appointments, communicate with service technicians, and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Sales and Upselling: Offer recommended services and products to customers, using a consultative approach to ensure that they receive the best value for their money.
  • Estimates and Invoicing: Provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs, and ensure that all invoices are accurate and complete.
  • Quality Control: Inspect repair quality, ensure that all work is complete, and notify customers when their vehicles are ready for pickup.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalency degree.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a service-related position is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
