About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at Sushi Mura Entertainment. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as planning menus and estimating food requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the size of food portions and costs
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work on site and adhere to a physical work environment
