About Mister Convenience

Mister Convenience is a dynamic retail company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Manage merchandise displays, stock levels, and inventory control to ensure a visually appealing store environment and optimal sales performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales performance and store operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Environment: Retail business
