About the Role

Pioneer On The Run is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Merchandise and Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store is visually appealing.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a seamless shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work.
