Mister Convenience is a dynamic retail company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Merchandising: Plan and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve store appearance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that the store is secure and safe for customers and employees, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
