About the Role

As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Supervise and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner and that stockroom is organized and secure.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays: Oversee the merchandising and visual displays of products in the store, ensuring that they are visually appealing and meet company standards.
  • Store Operations: Manage and maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store, ensuring that it is well-maintained and meets company standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work and the advertised start date.
