Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Marine Seafood. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food processing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
  • Productivity and Quality: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
  • Operations Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units to ensure seamless operations.
