Office Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at AIRTEK HEATING AND COOLING SOLUTIONS. The successful candidate will be responsible for training workers in duties and policies, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and operated, and that any issues are promptly addressed.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, and review their progress to ensure that goals are met.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to team members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and may be required to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business.
