Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Supervisor to join our team at AIRTEK HEATING AND COOLING SOLUTIONS. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise a team of 1-2 people to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all office equipment is in good working order and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Coordinate activities with other departments and work units to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Offer mentoring and guidance to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Permanent position.
- 30 hours per week.
- English language required.
