Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Supervisor to join our team at AIRTEK HEATING AND COOLING SOLUTIONS. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Training and Development: Train and develop our team members in their duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and perform administrative tasks as required.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of our equipment, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet their performance expectations.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, judgement, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude.
- Experience: Have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of office operations and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
