Office Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at AIRTEK HEATING AND COOLING SOLUTIONS. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management
- Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment and systems
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members
- Procure necessary materials and supplies
- Arrange for maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliability and accuracy
- 30 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language required
