Office Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at AIRTEK HEATING AND COOLING SOLUTIONS. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of employees, training workers in duties and policies, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Train and develop employees to meet the needs of the organization
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Coordinate and review work assignments to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals
- Provide guidance and support to employees to help them succeed in their roles
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Efficient interpersonal skills

This is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
