Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ANGELO'S ITALIAN MARKET INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

- Organized: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
