    • Hire and manage food service staff, including food service counter attendants and food preparers
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to health and safety procedures, including basic security clearance
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Own transportation is required for this role
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent time management skills
    • Stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk as part of the job
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability are essential for this role
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment
  • Basic security clearance
  • Own transportation
