Inventory Management and RequisitioningRequisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
Staff Supervision and TrainingSupervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Financial ManagementPrepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
Customer Service and RelationsAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service.
Reporting and AdministrationPrepare and submit reports on a regular basis, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role
Work LanguageEnglish
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week
