Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Advisor to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized banking solutions to clients, including everyday banking, credit, and investments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it within a training period.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese language.
