We're seeking a talented and passionate professional to join our Personal and Business Banking team as an Associate Financial Advisor. In this role, you'll form deep relationships with personal and small business clients, understanding their needs and recommending personalized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
As a key member of our team, you'll work in a fast-paced banking centre environment, managing a portfolio of mortgage clients and delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll be flexible to work our banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and be willing to travel to multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan.
- Relationship Building: Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients you value them and their communities, grow your network, and deepen existing relationships.
- Business Development: Create relationships by networking with clients' families and friends to uncover opportunities and refer to appropriate partners.
- Leveraging Technology: Become a technology expert, introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and helping them better manage their banking needs.
