About the Role

We're seeking a talented and passionate professional to join our Personal and Business Banking team as an Associate Financial Advisor. As a key member of our team, you'll work in a fast-paced Banking Centre, forming deep relationships with personal and small business clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their financial priorities and provide tailored advice to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, growing your network and deepening existing relationships to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities.
  • Create new business opportunities by networking with clients' families and friends, and referring them to appropriate partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, sharing your knowledge with clients to help them better manage their banking needs.
