Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing procedures such as splinting, casting, and dressing applications
  • Supporting orthopedic surgical interventions
  • Creating comprehensive orthopedic care strategies
  • Recording patient treatment details
  • Educating patients and their families on care processes
  • Overseeing the supply inventory
  • Complying with safety regulations
  • Mentoring and guiding fellow staff members

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Technologist Program
  • Active registration with the College of Surgeons of Ontario (CSOT)
  • A minimum of three years' experience in the role of Orthopaedic Technologist
  • Proven skills in delivering compassionate care and effective communication
