About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at 360-Degree Supply Chain Management Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for timely maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and optimize equipment utilization.
  • Workload Management: Monitor personnel workloads and locations to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Warehouse and Work Area Organization: Organize and maintain a safe and efficient warehouse and work area environment.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Production Scheduling: Consult with production supervisors to schedule production runs in a cost- and time-efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of shipments and inventory levels to ensure accurate forecasting and ordering.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
