We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team at 360-Degree Supply Chain Management Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain, including the coordination of activities with other departments and work units.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff members, as well as coordinate and review their work.
- Procurement and Inventory: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
