Overview:

The Supply Chain Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting management with the oversight of inventory operations at client locations. This position involves managing stock levels, liaising with clients, and ensuring a seamless supply process through automated solutions. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in daily discussions with the Supply Chain Supervisor to align on goals
  • Maintain and replenish automated dispensing units while overseeing inventory
  • Support in the maintenance and repair of equipment
  • Facilitate order processing and provide quotations
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of stockroom and dispensing areas
  • Conduct regular inventory audits
  • Offer assistance as required, including outside regular hours
  • Review reports and implement necessary actions
  • Adhere to safety protocols at all times
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
  • Compensation begins at $46,000

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant prior experience is preferred
  • Capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
  • Mechanical aptitude is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
  • Exemplary professionalism, integrity, and a positive demeanor
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Flexible, customer-oriented, and a team player
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability
