  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal investment products, practices, and market trends to enrich client conversations.
  • May operate across multiple branches and channels to meet market demands and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Build and nurture effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Safeguard the Bank's assets while adhering to all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
  • Engage in creative thinking to propose innovative solutions.
  • Exercise sound judgment to identify and resolve issues within established guidelines.
  • Work independently while being open to broader responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CFP designation is preferred, or completion of the Canadian Securities Course, with licensing to sell mutual funds (excluding QC or IQPF in Quebec).
  • Possess advanced knowledge of the financial industry.
  • Demonstrate specialized knowledge through education and/or professional experience.
  • Exhibit strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Possess in-depth analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show proficiency in influencing and persuading others.

Compensation: The salary for this position is $53,999.00, with a combination of salary and commission.
