About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and staffing process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select top candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Staffing Administration: Manage the entire staffing process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • HR Systems and Processes: Maintain and improve HR systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in HR systems, including Workday, MS Windows, Oracle, and data analysis software.
