  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Send and receive messages, both internally and externally, using various communication channels.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Provide general information to clients and the public, ensuring a positive and professional image of the company.
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and equipped.
  • Provide customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • File material in storage areas, maintaining a secure and organized environment.
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Locate and remove files requested, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
