About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Wildwood Dental Clinic. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Patient Intake: Conduct thorough new patient interviews to gather medical and dental history, and ensure a smooth transition into our practice.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with our dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans, including preparing written treatment plans and discussing treatment options with patients.
  • Financial Coordination: Present treatment fees and financial arrangements to patients, and ensure accurate and timely billing and collections.
  • Patient Communication: Educate patients about their treatment options, including veneers, implants, crowns, bridges, orthodontics, and periodontics.
  • Case Management: Track and follow up with patients to ensure timely completion of treatment plans, and monitor case acceptance, production, and collections.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our dentists and clinical team, including scheduling appointments, preparing patient charts, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience working as an RDA or treatment coordinator.
  • Dental knowledge and understanding of dental insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, systematic, and with good follow-through.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
