About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Wildwood Dental Clinic.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our practice by ensuring that production levels are increasing through effective treatment planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Patient Interviews and Patient Relations
  • Educating and Discussing Treatment Plans
  • Preparing and Submitting Pre-determinations
  • Presenting Fees and Estimates
  • Tracking and Following up on Incomplete Treatment Plans
  • Utilizing Technology to Educate Patients
  • Scheduling and Confirming Patient Appointments
  • Monitoring Treatment Plans and Production
  • Recognizing Client Rights and Confidentiality
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working as an RDA or Treatment Coordinator
  • Dental Knowledge and Insurance Experience
  • Organized and Systematic with Good Follow-through
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Professional Appearance
  • Patient Services Orientation and Creating a Safe Environment
  • Positive Attitude and Enthusiasm
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a computer, phone, and visual tools such as models and photos.
