Position Overview

Join Mobia Technology Innovations as a Technical Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to users facing challenges with their computer systems.

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Work Environment

This position is situated within the telecommunications sector, where you will engage with a variety of users and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users who are encountering difficulties with their computer systems.
  • Refer to user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Offer guidance and training to users based on their specific challenges.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and resolutions for the benefit of other technical support personnel.
  • Deliver support for business systems, networks, and internet-related issues as they arise.
Technical Proficiency
  • Familiarity with intranet and internet systems.
  • Knowledge of server management and desktop applications.
  • Proficient in file management, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
  • Experience with mail server software and MS Office applications.
Security Requirements
  • Basic security clearance is required.
  • A criminal record check will be conducted.
