Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Mobia Technology Innovations. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software applications. You will work closely with our internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide training and guidance to users on the use of our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of our systems and applications
  • Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check
