Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Mobia Technology Innovations. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Work Setting

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. You will be working in a team environment, providing support and guidance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues and problems.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check.
